Licensed Professional Counselor Serving Texas Communities

I am Rhonda L. Pipkin, owner of Therapy and Life Coaching.com, a Texas-licensed registered nurse, licensed professional counselor, and professional life coach. My work blends medical, mental health, and coaching experience to support individuals through emotional, relational, and life challenges.

Professional Background

I hold licenses in Texas as both a registered nurse and a licensed professional counselor. Along with my coaching practice, I bring more than 20 years of nursing experience from area hospitals and home health settings.

My clinical work includes supporting people through:

Death and dying

These experiences guide how I approach therapy and coaching with care and structure.

Education and Clinical Training

I earned my master's in counseling from Liberty University and spent four years working with a local agency providing counseling, parenting education, and coaching to individuals, children,
and families.

I later completed my doctoral degree (PsyD) in psychology at the University of Arizona Global Campus, specializing in mediation and conflict resolution, while maintaining an active counseling and coaching practice in Eastland County. My dissertation is published with ProQuest.

Teaching and Community Involvement

In 2021, I began teaching General Psychology at Cisco College as an adjunct professor. Teaching allows me to share practical psychological knowledge with students and the community.

For more than 35 years, I have been involved with Mountain Top Church as a faith-based counselor, teacher, and coach. I have also taught adult education classes in Eastland County and served as director of Rescue Line, a one-hour radio program featuring live interviews with doctors, therapists, social workers, attorneys, and area agencies.

I am also a published travel writer and award-winning photographer, and I coach both individuals and business clients to reach their potential and live with purpose.

How I Work With Clients

I provide counseling and coaching through virtual appointments only, making services accessible and flexible for clients. My work focuses on helping people move forward with clarity, emotional strength, and practical direction.
